EisnerAmper snaps up Texas CPA firm

The deal will see eight partners and 75 staff members join the business advisory group

EisnerAmper, a global business advisory firm, has acquired the partners and staff of Goldin Peiser and Peiser (GPP), a certified public accounting firm.

Through the combination, Charly Weinstein, CEO at EisnerAmper, intends to capitalise on GPP’s “stellar reputation in Texas”, advancing the firm’s growth strategy in the region.

Allan Koltin, CEO at Koltin Consulting Group, who advised both firms on the deal, said: “As one of the most prestigious firms in Dallas, GPP really admires EisnerAmper’s strategy, culture, leadership and growth.

“This combination makes sense on so many levels and, ultimately, represents a big win for the clients of both firms.”

Founded in 1994 and based in Dallas, GPP’s operations are carried out by eight partners and a staff of 75.

The group provides audit, tax, and advisory services to mid-sized companies across the healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate and construction industries.

Allan Peiser, managing partner at the firm that has been named in Dallas’ top 11 accounting firms, said: “Everyone at GPP is very excited about joining EisnerAmper, a firm whose values mirror the values of GPP.

“This is a great opportunity for our firm and clients to benefit from the full menu of services EisnerAmper offers.”
