In his new position, he will be tasked with leveraging his expertise in providing counsel to Vault’s partners, while also building the group’s next generation of leaders

Vault Consulting, an accounting and research firm, has announced the appointment of Wes Tomer as its new CEO.

Providing over 20 years’ experience to the role, Tomer exclusively strives to serve the unique needs of nonprofit organizations.

In his new position, he will be tasked with leveraging his expertise in providing counsel to Vault’s partners, while also building the group’s next generation of leaders.

Tomer said: “I look forward to working closely with our dynamic, talented team on supporting our clients’ efforts to advance their missions providing immeasurable rewards to their stakeholders, our team, and the public.

“Being an innovative, collaborative, and people-first company will help us achieve our strategic goals and deliver on our promise to our partners.”

Meredith Vogt, principal and managing director at Vault, said that Tomer not only has a “deep understanding” of the nonprofit community, but is also a “leader in client service”.

She added: “He is a true collaborator, strategic thinker and partner. I am proud to have worked with Wes so closely over these years and am excited and confident for his future leadership.”

Tomer will replace the outgoing Jamie Saylor, who led the company through its creation and launch.

Mike Hayes, principal and managing director at the company, acknowledged that Saylor’s “disciplined and effective stewardship” since the firm’s inception has “helped build a solid foundation for Vault’s future success”.
