Split across two departments, the group will provide their positions with almost a century of combined industry experience

Providing the role with over 15 years of experience at the firm, Thomas Palmer has been promoted to principal at the group’s audit and accounting team.

Palmer has expertise in various external and internal audit engagements for both not-for-profit organizations and profit-driven entities.

With over three decades of experience in tax accounting, consulting, financial statement preparation, and compliance services, Michele Dickey joins the group as a principal in the firm’s tax department.

Michael Fralix follows the same path as Dickey, bringing “technical expertise” in partnership taxation, corporate tax, and sale and use tax to the position.

A member of the tax technical committee at Dermody, Burke, and Brown, Fralix has presented at a number of conferences on sales and use tax-related issues.

Finally, specializing in tax advisory services including tax planning and preparation, Carolyn Lawless has also been appointed as a principal at the group’s tax department.

With over thirty years’ experience in public accounting, Lawless also performs reviews and compilations for small businesses in a range of industries.
