Blankenship acquires 323 Advisors

Blankenship has announced it has acquired consultancy firm 323 Advisors for an undisclosed sum.

As part of the acquisition, 323 Advisors founders Kelvin Ault and Leigh Ann Vernich, two consultants with both public accounting and industry experience will join the group’s consulting practice.

Blankenship was founded by Claude Blankenship in 1992 and operates out of offices in Brentwood, Nashville, Dickson, Goodlettsville, Mt. Juliet, and Murfreesboro with over 150 employees serving a variety of tax, audit, accounting and consulting needs.
