Sikich to acquire Process Stream assets

Some 60 employees will join Sikich as a part of the deal, which is scheduled to be completed on April 30

Sikich, a professional services firm specializing in accounting, advisory, technology, and managed services, has announced that it is set to acquire the assets of Process Stream.

A provider of transformation services for regulated industries, Process Stream specializes in quality management, IT compliance, insurtech systems implementation, and consulting.

Some 60 employees will join Sikich while continuing to work from the Process Stream Princeton office as a part of the deal, which is scheduled to be completed on April 30.

Chris Geier, CEO at Sikich, said that the acquisition advances the group’s efforts “to support businesses with end-to-end technology-enabled professional service”.

He added: “Process Stream’s quality management expertise will complement our existing enterprise resource planning and validation capabilities. 

“Our combined teams will offer clients sophisticated technology implementation support and business consulting rooted in deep industry expertise.”

Offering support for organizations’ digital transformation roadmaps, Process Stream implements, manages, and optimizes quality and claims systems for global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and insurance businesses.

The team is composed of system engineers, software developers, quality management and claims systems administrators, and industry subject-matter experts.
