A&M Taxand appoints global transfer pricing head

Based in New York, Fabrizio Lolliri will support the group’s global capabilities as companies face new market challenges and increasing tax authority scrutiny

Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) Taxand, the affiliate of global professional services firm Alvarez and Marsal, has announced the appointment of Fabrizio Lolliri as managing director and global head of transfer pricing.

Based in New York, Lolliri will support the group’s global capabilities as companies face new market challenges and increasing tax authority scrutiny.

Providing the position with two decades of experience in transfer pricing, the move marks a return to A&M for Lolliri.

He has also spent eight years at Hogan Lovell as global head of transfer pricing, as well as a stint as head of transfer pricing at Orange and France Telecom. 

Ernesto Perez, managing director and global practice leader at the company, said: “Transfer pricing advisory services is critical for clients in transforming business models, adopting future strategy and complying with the rapidly changing tax rules. 

“Fabrizio’s hands-on global experience is a strategic asset and expands our capability to solve clients’ issues around intellectual property tax matters, the redrawing of supply chain models and rapidly changing legislative frameworks.”

While previously working with Big Four firms KPMG and Deloitte, Lolliri has also managed transfer pricing and general tax matters across a number of regions, including the US and UK.

Marvin Rust, managing director and head of A&M Taxand Europe, said that Lolliri’s “experience and leadership” advances the group’s capabilities.
