Accounting firm EisnerAmper has announced new national leaders for a number of its growing practice areas and within its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team.
The firm has named Richard Nachmias as its new national leader for its Sports and Entertainment Group. Nachmias is an audit partner based in the firm’s New York City office. He has more than 25 years of experience helping companies in the sports, media and entertainment sectors with their business advisory and growth strategy needs.
The firm also named Richard Stepler as the new leader for its Oil and Gas Group.
Based in Dallas, Stepler is a senior manager in the Private Business Services Group. EisnerAmper said he takes up the role with over 10 years of experience overseeing the planning and execution of strategies to maximize the efficiency of tax, compliance, planning and advisory services to the oil and gas industry.
In addition, William St. Clair has been appointed as the national leader for its Franchise Group.
St. Claire is a partner in the Private Business Services Group based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. With more than 40 years of experience, he has served as a “franchise visionary” and “trusted advisor” to hundreds of franchisors and franchisees regarding a wide array of accounting, audit, tax and financial consulting needs.
Within the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance division, EisnerAmper has named Lisë Stewart and Charles Waring as national leaders for its ESG Consulting Group and ESG Reporting Group respectively.
Stewart is principal-in-charge of EisnerAmper’s Center for Individual and Organizational Performance within the Private Business Services Group based in the Iselin, NJ, office. With more than 25 years of experience, she will lead the team that helps companies evaluate and develop their ESG strategies.
Waring is a director in the firm’s Audit Group based in the Philadelphia office. It added he will leverage his “vast experience” as an audit professional specializing in internal controls, regulatory compliance and risk management to lead its ESG Reporting Group, which will help companies measure and report key ESG metrics.
