Advisory and accounting firm Grassi has announced the acquisition of consultancy group Gramkow, Carnevale, Seifert and Co (GCS), for an undisclosed fee.
Effective March 29, 2021 the deal sees four partners added to Grassi, with Ted Carnevale appointed as co-leader of the New Jersey market.
Moreover, 25 staff members will also continue to serve their clients from the group’s current offices, before relocating to Grassi’s Park Ridge, NJ, site later this year.

The acquisition will expand Grassi’s service capabilities in a range of areas, including healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and nonprofit,
