Moss Adams, the accounting, consulting and wealth management firm, has announced the addition of two new partners.
The firm revealed Kristina Allan has joined the firm as a partner in its international tax practice. She has practiced public accounting since 1998, focusing primarily on strategic cross-border structuring and effective tax-rate and cash-tax planning for global businesses, both outbound and inbound. She also has expertise with acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring transactions.
In addition, Doug Wibbing has joined the firm also as a partner in the international tax practice. He has practiced public accounting since 1991 and has extensive experience providing international tax services to clients in a variety of industries.
Wibbing specializes in inbound and outbound international tax issues with an emphasis in merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring planning, structuring of cross-border financing arrangements and related accounting for income tax implications.
