In addition, Doug Wibbing has joined the firm also as a partner in the international tax practice. He has practiced public accounting since 1991 and has extensive experience providing international tax services to clients in a variety of industries.

Wibbing specializes in inbound and outbound international tax issues with an emphasis in merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring planning, structuring of cross-border financing arrangements and related accounting for income tax implications.
