Sensiba San Filippo acquires Revolution Accounting & Advisory

The addition is intended to expand SSF’s capabilities to deliver comprehensive accounting services and cloud-based software solutions to its growing client base

Sensiba San Filippo (SSF) has announced the acquisition of Revolution Accounting and Advisory, a Portland-based accounting and advisory firm.

Founded by Tom Anchor, Revolution supports business and non-profit organizations with management consulting, CFO, and accounting services with a focus on technology.

The group offers the assessment, implementation, and administration of cloud-based automation and accounting solutions such as Sage Intacct, Expensify, and Wherefour.

Anchor said: “I’m delighted to join Sensiba San Filippo because we share a vision of the essential role cloud technology plays in helping our clients gain valuable insights by managing and understanding their financial and performance data quickly and accurately.

“In addition, this will enable us to further serve the non-profit community and as a certified B Corp, SSF reflects and extends our commitment to promoting sustainability and social equity.”

The addition is intended to expand SSF’s capabilities to deliver comprehensive accounting services and cloud-based software solutions to its growing West Coast client base.

Frank Balesteri, consulting partner-in-charge at SSF, said that the firm was “beyond thrilled” to be joined by Revolution.

He added: “The addition of Revolution goes beyond strengthening our services and technology offerings; culturally, our firms share the same core values, which is why we are equally pleased to join Portland’s growing B Corp. community.”
