Roback & Bialy announces Gravity Software partnership

R&B specializes in finance and accounting consulting services, supporting mid-market businesses with growth, transformation, or technology strategies

Roback and Bialy CPAs (R&B), a finance and accounting outsourcing firm, has announced a strategic partnership with cloud-based accounting software provider Gravity Software.

A 100% woman-owned CPA company, R&B specializes in finance and accounting consulting services, supporting mid-market businesses with growth, transformation, or technology strategies.

Through Gravity’s cloud-based business management software, these companies can gain access to more features than entry-level or legacy applications can provide, at a lower cost than traditional enterprise applications.

Jennifer Bialy, co-founder at R&B, said: “This partnership creates a powerful combined solution for mid-market clients who need multi-entity financial capabilities, real time data, and enhanced processes in order to get ahead of typical growth challenges.

“The collaboration of R&B’s experienced and affordable implementation services and Gravity’s robust cloud accounting software, offers mid-market companies a competitive opportunity to get in front of transition challenges.”

Founded over 25 years ago, R&B worked alongside national and multinational companies for much of its history, before making the switch to mid-sized firms in November 2020.

Julie Roback, co-founder at R&B, said: “Most of our career early on was spent working for Big Four accounting firms and Fortune 500 companies, with deep pockets for strategic initiatives.

“It wasn’t until later in our careers, as mid-market CFOs, that it became obvious a gap existed in the mid-market sector for consulting and technology solutions. R&B was formed to fill this services gap.”

She added that the group is “proud” to have Gravity as its strategic partner, aligning its “implementation consulting expertise with their award-winning accounting solution”.
