RSM announced that it recently earned its ‘Gold certification’ from Cisco Systems.
To earn a Gold certification, RSM was required to meet or exceed “rigorous” service, support, client satisfaction and networking ability standards established by Cisco – an American multinational technology conglomerate.
The Cisco Channel Partner Program provides a framework for participating organizations to build the sales, technical and Cisco lifecycle services skills required to deliver Cisco solutions to clients.
Through the program’s specialization and certification, Cisco recognizes partners’ expertise in deploying solutions based on Cisco advanced technologies and services.
Using a third-party audit process, the program validates organizations’ technology skills, business practices, client satisfaction, pre- and post-sales support capabilities, and other “critical” factors that clients consider when choosing trusted advisors.
