Sikich, a professional services firm specializing in accounting, advisory, technology, and managed services, has opened a new Milwaukee office.
The group also announced that it has relaunched its Indianapolis office in a bid to support its flexible work model.
Following its move to allow its employees to work remotely indefinitely in mid-2020, over half of Sikich’s staff members have chosen to continue working from home.
With flexibility already being a part of the Sikich culture “well before the pandemic”, the new Milwaukee opening and Indianapolis reopening represent a continuation of the group’s aim to optimize the use of its real estate across its national footprint.
Chris Geier, CEO at the company, said: “We believe in allowing our people to work how, when and where they are most effective.
“As we continue to increase flexibility across our organization, we are transforming our offices to meet the needs of our employees and clients.”
Fitted with similar features, the two offices include a range of workspaces, from desks and offices, to lounges and conference rooms.
Geier added: “These offices are designed to support employees who may not be in the same workspace day in and day out but will need to use an office from time to time to collaborate, meet with clients and prospects, and build rapport with teammates.
“Milwaukee and Indianapolis are priority growth markets for our organization and will drive forward the evolution of our workplaces.”
