CPAmerica welcomes Digilence as new software provider

Each Digilence product reportedly ‘does the work of three to 10 full-time accounting employees’, reducing costs by 35% to 80% while improving accuracy and compliance

CPAmerica has named digital intelligence software provider Digilence as the new preferred provider for the association.

It said the new relationship will give member firms access to an AI-infused subscription software platform that helps CPA digitize accounting processes and automate manual repetitive tasks across Audit, Tax, Client Accounting, and other back-office functions.

Firms can reportedly “move quickly” to implement pre-built productized automations on a simple subscription basis and produce ROI within 30 days.

According to CPAmerica, Digilence’s cloud-based digital intelligence solution for accounting firms also enables CPA firms to “better serve customers, reduce costs, improve compliance and transform the customer experience”.

Each Digilence product reportedly “does the work of three to 10 full-time accounting employees”, reducing costs by 35% to 80% while improving accuracy and compliance.

Digilence works by combining the “best-of-breed” hosted AI, ML, Automation, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) into a single cloud-based platform called the Digilence Cloud.

By packaging and training the platform on industry-wide manual processes, it powers a suite of SaaS products that makes digitization more accessible, accurate and affordable for the accountancy profession.

Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica, said: “We are excited to welcome cloud-based provider like Digilence as a new preferred provider for the association. CPAmerica preferred providers must go through a stringent approval process in order to get the seal of approval from the membership.”

Digilence is one of more than 50 preferred providers of CPAmerica, Inc.
