Mindy S. Marsden, CFE, has been named as the newest partner at BMF, effective July 1, 2021.
Prior to her appointment, Marsden was a senior manager in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, which is a national practice serving private equity groups, strategic buyers, subordinated debt funds and others within the merger and acquisition area on quality of earnings, due diligence and related matters.
She first joined BMF in 2008 in the audit department and later moved to the Transaction Practice in 2011.
To support her work facilitating business transactions, she holds the Certified Fraud Examiner credential, which denotes proven expertise in forensics and fraud and provides her with a “strong foundation” in the analytical and forensic accounting skills needed in her role.
Marsden Is a graduate from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and also serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Growth Cleveland Chapter. She is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland’s Bridge Builders program, Leadership Akron’s Torchbearers and Community Leadership Institute programs, and has been accepted into Leadership Akron’s Signature Class 38 (2021).
