The Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) has announced the appointment of six new members to its board of directors.
A Lexington-based trade association, AAM provides educational opportunities and professional support for marketing and business development professionals in the accounting industry.
Joining the body are Greg Cole, CMO at BKD, Cheryl Foster, director of practice growth at Brown Smith Wallace, Jessica Hekmatijah, CMO at BPM, Laura Metz, marketing and communications manager at Moore, Randy Mowat, partner and SVP at MNP, and Chris O’Day, director of Marketing at ALL CPAs.
The newly added board members will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization.
Moreover, they will be tasked in elevating the professional stature of marketing and business development within the industry, as well as supporting members’ professional development.
They will join 11 existing board members, including current president Katie Butler Cohodes, Becca Johns, the group’s immediate past president, and Nicole Sterling, president-elect.
