CohnReznick, an advisory, assurance, and tax firm, has announced a double appointment in the group’s restructuring and dispute resolution (RDR) practice.
James Aronoff and Charles Campbell join as managing director and director respectively in a move that strengthens the group’s structured finance consulting expertise.
Aronoff provides the MD role with over 35 years of experience in the financial services and capital markets sectors, offering advisory, litigation support, and witness services to law firms and financial institutions.
Meanwhile, Campbell brings expertise in transaction management and credit underwriting as a credit and structured finance professional.
Cynthia Romano, global director at the group’s RDR arm, said: “Jim and Charlie are truly a dynamic team. Their individual skills and their collective success broaden our value proposition by enhancing the knowledge and solutions we can bring to clients involved in structured finance and other sophisticated financial instruments.
“Jim’s expertise in helping attorneys and others effectively navigate complex litigation matters, along with Charlie’s extensive credit underwriting and corporate finance experience, add significant strength to our already deep bench.”
Kevin Clancy, also global director at the RDR practice, added that the duo’s “experience and industry acumen” will support the growth of the “already sophisticated capabilities of our well-established dispute resolution practice”.
