Professional services firm Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) has announced a move to ‘DHG Anywhere’, its new hybrid workforce model.
The system will launch in September 2021 as the group looks to align itself with both hybrid and virtual working models.
DHG’s decision follows staff member feedback that suggested a preference for a hybrid working model, which led to the creation of a taskforce of over 60 people across the group responsible for the flexible workforce strategy.
Matt Snow, CEO at the company, said that looking at the firm’s “path to re-entry” it was understood that “there was no going back to how things were”.
He added: “Our team put in the extra effort to ask our people and clients how they would like to work together.
“This gave us the insight we needed to reimagine how our team members could do their work effectively and to find new ways to serve our clients.”
The new framework centres around four aspects, namely having a hybrid workforce rooted in flexibility, leading with the voice of the client, aligning groups to maintain the company culture, and operating with office spaces focused on collaboration.
