RSM has announced the appointment of Josh Johnston to lead the RSM First-Choice Advisor Center (FCAC).
Johnston succeeds Rick Davis who will continue to serve as a faculty member.
The RSM FCAC provides a comprehensive learning, professional development and resource center to “enhance” RSM’s professionals’ ability to empower clients “through the power of being understood”.
In his new role, Johnston will focus on strategy, working closely with RSM leadership to connect the FCAC with key initiatives across the firm and identify how the center can “accelerate growth and increase the consistency of advisory interactions with the firm’s clients”.
The FCAC team also includes Pat Nunley and Linda Davis, who both are focused on content and program development, and Kristen Nordberg, who oversees operations.
Andy Bosman, chief marketing officer with RSM, said: “Under the leadership of Rick, we successfully aligned programs and developed new processes to further the competence and confidence of our professionals in being first-choice advisors to middle market leaders, globally.
“We’re confident that Josh will play an integral role as the FCAC continues to grow and as we further enhance the value we bring to our clients.”
