PKF O’Connor Davies, has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Gousse Ballotte as principal in its advisory and private foundations practices.
Ballotte, has over 15 years of operational and organizational consulting and management experience.
Over the course of her career, she has “mastered” several general management consultancy specialties, including developing and performing grant compliance reviews, due diligence reviews, internal control reviews, M&A implementations, and operational assessments.
In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of Rhode Island.
A member of the Sigma Xi Honor Society, she also serves as board development chair for Meals on Wheels.
Ballotte said: “To remain competitive, businesses and foundations alike must constantly adapt to a changing marketplace.
