Friedman and Huey, a CPA and business advisory firm, has named John Cremins as its new managing partner.
Cremins succeeds Elliott Friedman, founding member and active partner at the group, following a multi-year succession planning process.
Currently a partner at the Greater Chicago-based company, Cremins also acts as a part of Friedman and Huey’s executive committee.
He said: “Friedman and Huey has a long history of being a valued partner to our high‐net‐worth clients and their families.
“It is my mission to uphold the relationships and reputation we have established over the last 35 years while evolving to meet the ever‐changing needs of our clients.”
Cremins provides 14 years of experience working at Friedman and Huey, having joined the firm in 2007.
He specializes in corporate, partnership, and state and local tax issues for large multi-entity family groups.
Cremins added: “It is an honor to continue building upon Elliott’s vision for the firm that he founded and grew into the multi‐ service and distinguished advisors we are today.”
