Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has announced the appointment of Vivian Santora as managing director and a member of the US executive committee within the it’s global transaction advisory group.
Santora brings over 20 years of experience advising on issues at the “intersection” of business and social impact.
Prior to joining A&M, she served as CEO of PowerPlay NYC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping girls and gender non-conforming youth overcome “systemic barriers” to success through sports.
Previously, she held the roles of chief development officer of Women’s World Banking and senior director of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Santora also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from American University and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
