CPA firm The Bonadio Group has announced a merger with Ganer and Ganer, a New York City-based accounting firm.
Following completion of the transaction on November 1, Ganer and Ganer will begin operating under The Bonadio Group name.
The deal represents an expansion of Bandio’s physical footprint in the New York metropolitan region, adding 21 employees and scaling its service offerings in the area.

Founded in 1974, Ganer and Ganer provides the combined company with expertise in tax preparation, financial statements, business management, and consulting services.
