Danaher Corporation has announced that Christopher M. Bouda will take up the position of chief accounting officer effective January 1, 2022.
In his new role, he will report to Matthew R. McGrew, the group’s executive VP and CFO.
Bouda who is currently the VP of finance for Danaher will succeed Robert S. Lutz who will continue to work with the company on a part-time basis until his retirement in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Prior to Danaher, Bouda spent 12 years with General Electric in roles of increasing responsibility.
Before that, he was employed with Deloitte and Touche and Arthur Andersen. Bouda holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.
