Ryan rehires Glenn McCoy as principal

Based in the firm’s New York City office, McCoy will be tasked with providing multi-jurisdictional tax services to clients across a range of industries

Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, has announced the reappointment of Glenn McCoy Jr as principal in client services.

Based in the firm’s New York City office, McCoy will be tasked with providing multi-jurisdictional tax services to clients across a range of industries, focusing mainly on state income and franchise tax services.

The appointment represents a second stint at Ryan for McCoy, who previously acted as a principal and practice leader at the group’s state income and franchise tax practice.

“His strong background across industries, coupled with a focus on client service and relationship building, will further strengthen the services and value offered to our clients.”

Prior to rejoining Ryan, McCoy worked as director of state and local tax at KPMG US, and has also spent time as national partner in charge of the state and local tax team at Holtz Rubenstein Remmick.
