Iris Software Group acquires Conarc

The transaction marks a further extension to Iris’ North American operations, having recently acquired Doc.It in July 2021

Iris Software Group (Iris), the global software provider of accountancy solutions, has announced the acquisition of Conarc, a US document management software for CPA firms.

The transaction marks a further extension to Iris’ North American operations, having recently acquired Doc.it in July 2021.

Already working with 50 of the US’ top 100 CPA firms, Iris claimed that the Conarc takeover will provide its clients with “the latest in a growing suite of innovative solutions” at the firm.

Founded in 1996, Conarc enables CPA groups to connect all of their accounting information in one place through its iChannel software solutions.
