BKD Capital Advisors (BKDCA) has announced the appointment of John Ebe as a director in the firm’s Chicago office.
The firm said Ebe will be “instrumental” in developing the BKDCA practice in Chicago and surrounding markets and helping leverage the “strong market presence” across the BKD footprint.
It added that for more than 25 years, Ebe has focused on providing investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, raising capital, and general corporate finance advice.
He has advised clients with diverse ownership structures ranging from privately held, middle-market companies with one or more shareholders to large, publicly traded companies. Ebe has a B.S. degree in finance from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.
Chris Dalton, Transaction Advisory Services managing partner, said: “We are excited to have John joining the team. His addition will allow for BKDCA to expand its capabilities to provide Unmatched Client Service® to our investment banking clients.”
