Deloitte has expanded its ServiceNow collaboration in a bid to deliver a “breakthrough” version of its IT operations platform, OperateEdge.
OperateEdge is the firm’s operating services delivery platform that integrates with client application infrastructure and existing IT tools to help drive additional insight and automation into the activities associated with “effectively managing” enterprise technology operations.
The new version of OperateEdge, ‘OperateEdge powered by ServiceNow’, reportedly brings together the capabilities of OperateEdge with ServiceNow capabilities, including IT service and operations management, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
The latest version works with new and existing ServiceNow deployments, empowering “even the largest and most complex government organizations with proactive, real-time and persona-based insights into all of their IT service delivery efforts”.
